If PearsonRavitz is a machine, Ryan is the oil that keeps the machine running smoothly. As Chief Financial Officer, Ryan makes sure the business can grow sustainably and ensures everyone on the team has the resources they need to do their best work. Ryan obtained his BSN from University of Delaware. Prior to PearsonRavitz, Ryan’s 15 year career in flight nursing made him a master of triage, meaning he’s no stranger to doing whatever it takes to get things done. He is Stephanie’s husband, and the two live together in Wynnewood with their two children, Jake and Mac. In his spare time, he enjoys treating his dogs like royalty and making wise-cracks.
