In all of these cases, we will collect Personally Identifiable Information and Protected Health Information from you only if you voluntarily submit such information to us, and solely for the purposes of providing insurance consulting and brokerage services and other services that we may offer on or through the Website from time to time. Protected Health Information
We protect your Protected Health Information as required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”).
