Hi there! Welcome to our new blog, The Kitchen Table, where we take you through the ins and outs of disability and life insurance, and address the questions and concerns we hear the most.

Here at PearsonRavitz, we make it personal. We created our company from personal experience, and our vision and commitment is to improve yours.

We know from our clients that many who choose to be health care professionals have a strong desire to care for others, but that taking care of their own financial future is not top of the list.

We understand that insurance isn’t the most exciting thing to spend time on, so we focus on making the experience as simple and pain-free as possible, ensuring you understand every element of the process, so you can be empowered to make the best choice for your future.

PearsonRavitz started by serving physicians, and as demand for our services grew we’ve expanded to include all health care professionals. We care for clients in all 50 states and feel lucky so many continue to trust us with their income protection and refer us to their family, friends, and colleagues.

During the past year we’ve paused to reflect on both how we got to where we are and where we want to go from here. During this journey we dove deep into our values, our brand pillars, and even got to refresh our brand’s look and feel (as evidenced by this updated version of our site).

What was really lovely for us to find was how they’ve stayed consistent from our beginnings; that while we’ve made some changes externally, the core of our business – why we do what we do and our promise to clients – has stayed true.

In the early days, PearsonRavitz was referred to as The Kitchen Table, the place where the company was born, and of course the place where so many important family decisions are made. We thought it was only appropriate as we grow to honor our roots, hence the rebirth of our blog under our original name.
